A ski gondola from the Swiss ski resort Hoch-Ybrig might soon have an unexpected new home. The resort is looking to sell two of its 55-year-old gondolas, and one of them has caught the attention of a brothel owner near Frankfurt, Germany. With around 70 offers coming in, one gondola is set to remain in Switzerland, while the second one may go abroad. Among those interested is a German businessman who wants to use it as a unique attraction in his establishment.

Gondola dealer Alexander von Khuon, who is handling the sale, has confirmed that a buyer is already lined up. The brothel owner is eager to acquire the gondola, though the cost of transportation could be a challenge.

Despite this unusual proposal, the management at Hoch-Ybrig is not pleased with the idea. They have made it clear that they do not support the gondola being repurposed in this way.
