A building that once housed brothel in Tulln is now for sale. The Colonia Queen Club closed earlier this year due to bankruptcy. Now, the old building is being offered as a chance for redevelopment.
The building is in poor condition
The property is located on Kronauer Street and covers 629 square meters. The building is in poor condition and needs major repairs or could even be torn down. It used to be part of a chain of clubs run from Krems and promoted itself as a place for relaxation and entertainment.
The real estate agency in charge of the sale is describing it as a guest accommodation with a bar. They say it’s the only property in Tulln that has the proper zoning for this kind of business.
There are already approved plans to rebuild the site into a three-story building with 14 rooms, a spa area with a whirlpool, and a garden.
Utility connections and city fees have already been taken care of.
The building is in a quiet neighborhood, close to a school, a supermarket, and a bakery, all within 500 meters. The Tulln train station is about two kilometers away, and the nearest hospital is around three kilometers from the site.
